All orders are processed and shipped by Fulfillment Australia and your credit card statement will indicate this.

Fulfillment Australia accept the following payment methods only: Visa & Mastercard.
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted by email.

Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not applicable to customers from outside Australia therefore items will be 10% cheaper for orders from outside Australia.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by Customs when your order reaches your country. Payment of all duties and taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer. Contact your local Customs office if you have questions about your country's import regulations.

All Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post Express Post (next day delivery) except for some remote areas.

All orders from outside of Australia will be sent via Australia International Post (Airmail). The average time for transport of an international order is between 3 - 10 working days however there can be delays due to customs procedures.

Insurance is available on your order to guard against loss or damage in the post. If you opt out of insurance Fulfillment Australia takes no responsibility for lost or damaged items. Items will be carefully packaged to protect against damage.
